From I-95 take Exit 191 Wickham Road; head East on Wickham Road; turn left (North) on N. Pinehurst Ave; San Marino Estates is about 1 1/4 miles on the right.

From US-1 Northbound turn left on Suntree Blvd; turn right on Wickham Road; turn right on N. Pinehurst Ave; San Marino Estates is about 1 1/4 miles on the right.

From US-1 Southbound turn right on Viera Blvd; turn left on Holiday Springs Rd; Turn  left on N. Pinehurst Ave; San Marino Estates is about 1/2 mile on the left.

San Marino is convenient to I-95 and US-1; Kennedy Space Center is just thirty minutes away and area theme parks about one hour west to Orlando.
